Congratulations to all future owners of Punggol Topaz! This is the 1st award for this development. For a standard BTO to win a GOLD plus award is something to be proud of in comparison to those of premium BTO which normally get more funding. This shows that the basic planning and design have contributed a lot to win this Green award, or else much funding will be needed to add in the green features to get a Green Mark Gold. For your information, MBS only received Green Mark GOLD which is 1 level lower than Green Mark Gold Plus while Green Mark Gold Plus come second after Green Mark Platinum.
