The brochure give u an impression that someone is trying very hard in:
1. Making sure you can't oriented your compass properly. A proper site plan should always have north facing upwards.
2. The shadow shown is basically shadow for morning sun instead of evening which is what purchasers are concern about. A proper shadow should show the evening which is important to our local climate rather than just another colourful image.
